BOYCOTT:http://www.costa-ricarealestate.com

YFP prides itself on being an open forum. However, there are posts that are more irritating than informative. A particular website has hijacked the Dana Rishpy comment section and despite attempted requests not to, they persist. Their choice of Dana's forum to promote their business is insensitive and unwanted. If this is how they do business, YFP urges readers to boycott them. Their post is listed below.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "DANA RISHPY/MATTHEW WALSHEN STILL MISSING IN MEXIC...": A lot of people ask me how I like living in Costa Rica. My answer is, it was the best decision that I made in my life. I came to Costa Rica 7 years ago on a vacation and quickly fell in love with the beauty of the country and the hospitality of the people here. I couldn't wait to come back. I started coming here about 4 times per year and always had a great time and didn't want to leave. Two years ago, I decided to leave Arizona and come live in Paradise. I can not tell you how happy I am that I made that decision. Today, I wake up next to the ocean and run on the beach every morning. I eat the most delicious fruits, vegetables and fresh seafood. My stress levels are much lower than when I was living in the States and the potential here for investing, truly is unlimited. The best part of living here is showing our clients this country. I really don't feel like I have a job for the first time in my life. The joy I receive when I see the look on people's faces when they get into the warm water of the Pacific ocean is truly priceless. For those of you that have come and discovered paradise, you know what I am talking about. For those of you that are on the way, I can't wait to get you here. And to those who are thinking about Costa Rica, please do yourself a favor and come down. You will have the time of your life.We invite you to take a tour on our website, and if should more information is required:Great condo for sale in costa rica Costa Rica Real Estate Articles and News, Costa Rica Beachfront Property. If you like getting robbed move to beutiful Costa Rica. I just spent the last 15 years there. I loved it for the first few years. I married a Costa Rican girl, had a daughter. We recently left and all 3 of us never want to return. Although I will have to in order to sell the house and car we left behind. Costa Rica is a crime/fraud ridden, cracked out, prostitution tourist trap. Where your Costa Rican "friends" short change, defraud, and flat out rob you any chance they get. And thats if things are going your way. If your unlucky you might end up with a gun in your face. I hate Costa Rica and I would never return. I worry that someone will pay off someone at the Registro Ncional and swindle my house away. Screw CR.

Couldn't agree more. Just came back from Costa Rica as a tourist. Got robbed the first day in broad daylight in front of Parque Sabana - made it out alive thank G-d. Spent most of time at the embassy getting my documents back. I will never go back to Costa Rica. The place has more crime that any of the worse places I've ever been to! and I live in Brooklyn...
