ALBANY - Gov. Cuomo on Wednesday for the first time left the door open to legalizing medical marijuana.
"We're talking to both sides of the issues...and we're reviewing it but we don't have a final position," said Cuomo, who opposed medical pot while campaigning.
Cuomo insisted he has "not changed my position," but noted he's "always learning and listening, talking and growing - we hope."
Cuomo's comments came a day after New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said the Garden State can move forward with its medical marijuana program.
