Mayor Deblasio directed deputy mayor Lilliam Barrios-Paoli and Gladys Carrión to lead inquiry on the death of 4-years old Myls Dobsong

Mr. De Blasio said he had directed the deputy mayor for health and human services, Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, and the children’s services commissioner, Gladys Carrión, to lead the inquiry on the death of 4-year old Myls Dobsong. He asked them to produce a report within a week, he said, “so we can learn what could have been done differently.” See video below.
