Top Prosecutor in Brooklyn Is Rebuked by U.S. Judge
A federal judge chastised Charles J. Hynes, the Brooklyn district
attorney, for defending and promoting a prosecutor in his office whose
illegal tactics sent an innocent man to prison for 15 years.
