Richard Lipsky has lost yet another client.
The indicted lobbyist was given the heave-ho last night by the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union, reports our Ken Lovett.
Lipsky had been lobbying for them against Walmart coming to New York City.
“The contract was terminated last night immediately after the news broke,” said RWDSU spokesman Dan Morris.
Oddly, online records for the Public Integrity Commission don't list either group as a client of Lipsky. PIC spokesman Walter Ayres could not say why or whether the commission is reviewing Lipsky's filings.
