A previous YFP post entitled Bloomberg's Gas Congestion, was misleading. The car in the video is that of City Council speaker, Christine Quinn. Readers attributed it to Mayor Bloomberg. YFP apologizes for the misunderstanding. However, that does not let Mayor Bloomberg off the hook. He travels in a small fleet of large blimp mobile style suvs. And for all of his accolades regarding energy efficiency and a more "green" conscious NYC, his motorcade doesn't do much for the ozone layer.
The picture on this page, above, shows perhaps what he should be driving if he wants status, safety and fuel efficiency. The video clip displaying Bloomberg's blimpmobiles speaks for itself.
