De Blasio, in State of the City, Focuses on Income Inequality

Mayor Bill de Blasio delivered his first State of the City address at LaGuardia Community College in Queens on Monday.
In his first State of the City speech, Mayor Bill de Blasio spoke about
the minimum wage and vowed to reach out to immigrants, leaving no doubt
that he was going to pursue a liberal agenda.
