HARLEM POL BUCKS WASHINGTON

On Tuesday, November 20, 2007, over a dozen New York State Assembly members joined with various housing tenant associations, advocacy organizations and concerned citizens to protest the comments made by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Regional Director, Sean Moss. Moss stated that New York City should sell off public housing stock in neighborhoods with high property values in order to balance NYC budgets as well as finance smaller housing developments in less costly areas.

Assemblyman Keith Wright strongly disagrees. Click on the following link to view his rant.
