Federal Bureau of Investigation agents raided a home in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn early Thursday morning.
For a fee, a group of men would kidnap an Orthodox Jewish man and torture him, until he pledged to divorce his wife, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The police have identified the mother of “Baby Hope” and are seeking the father, but the illegal immigration status of some witnesses has slowed the investigation.
