The following un-edited 4 videos are of today news conference by Councilman Jumaane Williams and Kirsten John Foy. Video 4 is the question and answer from the press.

Councilman Jumaane Williams and Kirsten John Foy said that their arrests were a form of racial profiling and were the product of a policing culture that had been exacerbated by the department’s stop-question-and frisk policies, which critics say are aimed unfairly at young blacks and Latinos. They said they were now seeking not just reprimands for the officers and their immediate supervisors, but also systemic changes in police practices.
