Mayor Michael Bloomberg marched in step to the annual Gay Parade in New York City. Bloomberg, a longtime supporter of gay rights sported a bright pink sweater matching the equally bright hue of city council speaker Christine Quinn. The speaker's name has become synonymous with Bloomberg's as of late. She is being groomed as his successor when his term expires. Bloomberg would not take any heat from the press or his sweater. He removed it, and his obligation to the fourth estate. The day was a time for walking, talking and gawking. Watch clips of this wonderful parade at:
